Passengers are met by a primeclass Agent in front of the gate exit and assisted to passport control. Passport control process is performed with priority. Passengers are accompanied to luggage claim area and their bags are picked up from the luggage carousel. Passengers are assisted until they are met by the greeter or the driver for transfer.
